Veterinary Student Ambassador - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Student Ambassador at North Carolina State University to serve as the primary liaison between Thrive Pet Healthcare and veterinary students. In this role, you’ll engage with your peers through educational and networking events, email updates, and ongoing communication with our University Relations Partner (URP).

In Short

• Plan and coordinate networking events.
• Engage with students to promote Thrive’s mission.
• Send regular updates about opportunities to students.
• Promote Thrive’s social media presence.
• Recruit externs and potential interns.
• Build relationships with student organizations.
• Participate in monthly check-ins with URP.
• Provide feedback on student engagement.
• Stay informed about university policies.
• Foster brand awareness for Thrive.

Requirements

• Rising 2nd or 3rd-year veterinary student.
• Interest in small animal general practice or specialty medicine.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Must not serve as a Student Ambassador for a competitor.
