The CRM Coordinator at Thrive Market will support the operational success of the CRM team, focusing on email, push, and SMS marketing campaigns.

In Short

• Coordinate and execute campaigns in CRM channels (email, mobile push, SMS).
• Code emails within HTML templates using Sailthru.
• Execute push and SMS campaigns.
• Facilitate the campaign production pipeline.
• Assist in creating and maintaining lifecycle/automation workflows.
• Create and maintain audience lists.
• Proof and QA campaigns for flawless execution.
• Track and analyze campaign performance.
• Support A/B testing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years experience with email marketing and production.
• 1-3 years experience with HTML in an ESP platform (Sailthru required).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
