Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous - Tufts) - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Talk Therapist is an active member of the Corporation’s clinical team and is responsible for moving us toward a world class clinical experience, impacting multiple stakeholders including Participants and Clinical Specialists.

In Short

• Responsible for delivering high-quality care to participants.
• Conduct 30 hours of direct counseling care per week.
• Engage in concurrent note-taking during sessions.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and weekly health team meetings.
• Advocate for participant clinical needs.
• Liaise with Customer Success to meet customer needs.
• Support development of outreach and marketing materials.
• Serve as the first point of contact for participant concerns.
• Stay updated on developments in clinical care.
• Work remotely in a secure location.

Requirements

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in MA.
• Knowledge of state tele-health policies.
• Comfortable with technology for tele-health sessions.
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships online.
• Strong virtual presence and professionalism.
• Experience in treating various conditions.
• Ability to use technology for administrative support.
• Must pass a background check.
• Access to smartphone, laptop, and internet.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
