Seasonal Honors Event Logistics Manager - Remote

Overview

The Honors Event Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing seating plans for NFL Honors venues and to build the event ticketing operation. This position will also compile and distribute ticket counts to various internal departments, NFL Team Owners, agents, and talent.

In Short

• Build and manage seating inventory on ticketing platform.
• Develop and manage internal & external ticket reporting.
• Seat NFL executives and guests within the theater.
• Create invites for NFL Team Owners.
• Coordinate logistics with NFL owners and their personnel.
• Work with NFL Creative Marketing for ticket printing and shipping.
• Sort all tickets for the event.
• Manage guest relations and credentialing process.
• Act as customer service for ticketing inquiries.
• Work closely with show production for seating arrangements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Award Show Production.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to be productive and calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create seating charts for various theaters.
• Flexibility to work the week leading up to the Super Bowl.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
