Remote Elementary Math Content Teacher

Overview

This position is for a Remote Elementary Math Content Teacher who will engage and teach students in higher elementary mathematics through virtual platforms.

In Short

• Teach higher elementary level mathematics virtually.
• Manage an online classroom of up to 18 students.
• Prepare and deliver lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum.
• Grade homework and provide essential teaching-related services.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Work 30+ hours per week, primarily during weekends or weekday afternoons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors welcome, education or STEM majors preferred.
• Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
• Math competition learning or teaching experience is a plus.
• Available to work during weekday evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
