Talent Acquisition Specialist – Electrical Utilities - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts for technical and field-based roles supporting electrical utility infrastructure projects. This role partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify qualified candidates and maintain talent pipelines for positions across transmission, distribution, engineering, and construction operations.

• Source and identify qualified candidates for electrical utility operations.
• Utilize recruiting platforms and networks to build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
• Maintain job postings and track candidate activity in ATS.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist with offer preparation and pre-employment documentation.
• Work with HR and operations teams for smooth deployment.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting or HR support required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting in electrical utilities or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with transmission and distribution operations.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to evaluate resumes for technical positions.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms and Microsoft Office.
