We’re looking for independent Managing Directors / Self-Employed Partners to spearhead our Business Consulting brand in Western & Northern Germany.

Requirements

  • You have owned or (co)invested in SMEs (preferably B2B).
  • You’re experienced in general management.
  • You have worked at senior management level in sales, marketing, finance, business development, or consulting.
  • You have a track record as a successful independent business consultant or coach.
  • You are currently living and working in Germany or the UK.
  • Fluent in English (for UK applications) or business professional for Germany applications.
  • Fluent in German (for Germany applications only).
  • A solid, relevant professional network.
  • The ability to secure investment to acquire the franchise license and fund the business launch.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Confident and motivated to take risks for significant rewards.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build networks, and foster partnerships.
  • Tenacity and Grit: Perseverance to overcome challenges and meet ambitious goals.
  • Curiosity: A people-oriented mindset, open to new ideas, and eager to collaborate.
