Growth Designer - Remote

Overview

As a growth designer on Mezo, you will be part of creating new forms of personal finance that can be tailored to individual needs, giving people the ultimate say in how they can use their Bitcoin in everyday life. You’ll work closely with marketing, brand, and other cross-functional product leads to help grow the product through a deep understanding of funnels, metrics, and meaningful storytelling.

In Short

• Support the entire Go-to-Market team across customer acquisition, conversion, and retention product journeys.
• Design and iterate on key acquisition flows, funnels, and tools that drive growth.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, content strategists, marketing, and data scientists.
• Shape Mezo's product narrative and visual aesthetic.
• Make informed, data-backed design decisions.
• Contribute to our design system (Mezo Clay).
• Identify growth opportunities and propose A/B tests.
• Master Mezo's product suite and customer needs.
• Champion human-centered design principles.
• Take full ownership of your work from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
• Experience designing onboarding journeys or other growth-related domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.
• Experience designing and prototyping product features.
• Work samples showcasing problem-solving skills.
