theratalent is a specialized social recruiting agency for therapy, rehabilitation, and health centers. We help our clients attract qualified professionals such as physiotherapists, speech therapists, or occupational therapists without job portals or headhunters.

To continue our growth, we are looking for you as a Key Account Manager who not only manages our existing clients but also excites, develops, and retains them long-term.

In Short

• Conduct regular conversations with clients to ensure their campaigns deliver desired results.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and explain how to effectively manage leads.
• Collaborate closely with our fulfillment team, providing feedback on landing pages, ads, and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and initiate upsells independently or with the sales team.
• Build genuine, personal relationships with your contacts to ensure their long-term loyalty.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support or account management, ideally in an agency or recruiting environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-reliant and structured working style with digital tools like ClickUp, Slack, or CRM systems.
• Confident demeanor, empathy, and solution-oriented approach.
• A desire to not just manage but to think critically, drive progress, and work collaboratively with clients.
