Requirements

• Advanced degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field (e.g., MD, DO, NP, PA).
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-site clinical operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with healthcare technologies is a plus.
