• Work-from-home set-up
• Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday
• Full-time, Non-Exempt
• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department
• Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
• Handling communications with other departments and vendors
• Preparing financial reports and payroll computation
• Assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies

Requirements

• Associate degree in related field with work experience
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Professional manner and strong ethical code
