Overview

As an Accounting Associate at Zotec Partners, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks in support of the Practice Management Department, helping to transform the healthcare industry.

In Short

• Oversee financial data for multiple companies.

• Perform daily accounting operations and data entry.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist with payroll and reimbursement transactions.

• Prepare federal tax filings.
• Respond to client and management inquiries.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting and financial administration experience.
• Advanced skills in QuickBooks and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work as a team player.
