Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

TheNextWe is looking for an experienced full-stack developer to lead development activities and enhance our software platform for existing customers.

In Short

• Lead ongoing development and maintenance of software components.
• Supervise testing and QA activities.
• Mentor and guide the development team.
• Coordinate project and resource management.
• Shape product direction and strategy.
• Ensure operational availability and reliability of production components.
• Maintain platform security and compliance.
• Assist in platform operation and second-level support.
• Administer company IT and internal services.
• Work in a hybrid or remote setup based on location.

Requirements

• Ability to work in Berlin office regularly.
• C1 English proficiency; German is a plus.
• Legal permission to work in Germany.
• Extensive experience with JS/ES/TS, Node.js, MongoDB, React.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform APIs, Twilio, Docker, etc.
