Accounts Receivables Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our finance team. This role is crucial in managing the incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in billing, and maintaining positive client relationships.

• Process, monitor, and reconcile incoming payments.
• Generate and distribute invoices accurately and timely.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate collection efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA Level II or III is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
