Accounts Receivables Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Accounts Receivables Specialist. This role involves the day-to-day management of member accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, adjustments, and billing processes.

In Short

• Manage accounts for a portfolio of over 1,500 units.
• Prepare receivable collection reports.
• Monitor customer account details for irregularities.
• Maintain electronic accounts receivable files.
• Process receipts and cash according to established procedures.
• Prepare bank deposits and handle tenant move-ins.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks.
• Keep billing systems up-to-date.
• Engage in special projects and reporting as needed.
• Work remotely during US shift hours.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and billing tasks.
• 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Experience with workspace management systems, preferably OfficeRnD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
• Ability to work remotely in US time zones.
