Overview

As a Senior Partnership Accountant at Voleon, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate accounting for partner capital accounts, and supporting senior executives in various growth initiatives.

In Short

• Provide excellent service to Voleon partners with timely and accurate communications.
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile partnership capital accounts.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual distributions in coordination with the tax team.
• Oversee treasury operations related to partner investment subscriptions and redemptions.
• Assist with annual audit and tax preparation for partnership and C-Corp entities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with HR, Legal, and Fund Finance.
• Lead projects to improve management company finances.
• Document processes and drive improvements with other teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in public or financial accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years partnership accounting experience required.
• Expertise with US GAAP and its application to partnerships.
• Experience with corporate and partnership taxation.
• Proven record of success at a top-tier accounting firm preferred.
• Able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Active CPA required.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
