HR Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Remote HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment workflows for The Region HR’s diverse client base. This role requires high attention to detail, a talent for candidate assessment, and a customer-centric approach to HR operations.

In Short

• Manage job postings across various platforms.
• Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Develop specific behavioral interview questions for clients.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Handle offer/decline communications with candidates.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote open roles.
• Submit quarterly reports on recruitment efforts.
• Work up to 10 hours a week, flexible hours.
• Must have access to a computer and internet.
• Starting pay is $17.00/hr (bi-weekly).

Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience of at least 1 year.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Access to a desktop or laptop, internet, and phone.
• Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously.
