Overview

The Trade Investment & Pricing Specialist plays a key role in shaping the pricing and investment strategy, supporting negotiations with trading partners, and developing a consistent pricing framework.

In Short

• Develop the framework for trade conditions contributing to profitable growth.
• Provide analyses and strategic recommendations through financial simulations and pricing analyses.
• Support Key Account Managers in negotiations with traders and investment decisions.
• Maintain and optimize the master pricing framework.
• Analyze sales and promotion results to derive actionable recommendations.
• Develop pricing and promotion strategies considering competition and market trends.
• Contribute to the international pricing and investment strategy, focusing on DE, NL, and UK.
• Collaborate with Finance, Brand, and Commercial Operations for investment and pricing decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support management and sales in decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in sales, pricing, commercial finance, or controlling, ideally in FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial and commercial scenarios.
• Hands-on mentality with pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and strong presentation skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in German and English.
