In Short

• Lead the development and execution of product line/category strategy.
• Accountable for product line/category P&L and target delivery.
• Monitor financial performance and optimize sales and margins.
• Identify growth opportunities based on market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for product development and lifecycle management.
• Drive successful product launches and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Several years of experience in product management within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in developing category strategies and managing product portfolios.
• Experience managing product category P&Ls with focus on revenue growth.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in market research and financial planning.
• Strong communicator, fluent in English and German.
