The International Admissions Manager plays a crucial role in recruiting international students for the Junior and Senior Schools, ensuring target numbers are met and delivering exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Lead student enrolment functions for international students.
  • Advise on maximising engagement with stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process.
  • Build relationships with prospective parents and agents.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop an international strategy.
  • Act as the UKVI Key Contact for the school.
  • Manage the admissions process and track student enquiries.
  • Coordinate scholarship assessments and communicate results.
  • Ensure compliance with Student Visa requirements.
  • Engage in brand awareness and external partnerships.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HubSpot.
  • Strong customer service ethos and problem-solving ability.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a school's admissions team.
  • Degree or relevant work-related experience.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of seniority.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Experience with data reporting and analysis.
  • Existing relationships with educational agents preferred.
