Overview

As the Product Owner for Personal Lines P&C Insurance, you will lead transformative initiatives and develop comprehensive growth strategies for the Ontario, Atlantic, and Western regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of seven years experience in a strategic role in Personal Lines P&C Insurance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project methodologies.
• Proficiency in building strategic presentations.
• Experience with performance and marketing insights.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
