As a client financial services agent, you work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients, assisting them with investment, financing, and protection needs.

Requirements

• Attestation of Collegial Studies.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Understanding of financial documents and compliance.
• Knowledge of Desjardins business processes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Interpersonal savvy and situational adaptability.
• Knowledge of service standards.
• Ability to seize business opportunities.
