Accounts Payable Coordinator, Banking & Settlement - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will work within the Central Accounts Payable team to ensure processes meet customer expectations, focusing on banking and settlement responsibilities.

In Short

• Process non-USD wire payments in Workday.
• Assist with supplier issued credits and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Supplier Maintenance team for electronic payments.
• Monitor daily settlement runs and handle urgent transactions.
• Provide informal training and assistance to colleagues.
• Research and resolve Accounts Payable issues.
• Serve as backup for other Central Accounts Payable teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding concerns.
• Position requires in-office presence every Thursday.
• Employment for a fixed term with potential extension.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Desired: Associate's degree.
• Knowledge of Ohio State policies and Workday.
• Lean Six Sigma green belt or project management experience.
