Family Experience Team Intern - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Family Experience Team Intern to support digital resource organization, reporting, and content management projects over the summer. This role will assist with auditing and building shared resource centers in SharePoint/OneDrive, supporting resource creation for external partners, and helping manage blog metadata and digital content. It is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys organizing information, working with digital tools, and contributing to projects that enhance how families and partners access meaningful resources.

In Short

• Assist with PJ Professionals Resource Center audit and creation of a new shared resource center on SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Assist with SharePoint resource creation for external partners.
• Run reports on MOZ and edit blog metadata.
• Potentially assist with organizing videos in team accounts.
• Work remotely with up to 20 hours per week.
• Support digital content management projects.
• Enhance family engagement through meaningful resources.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading projects or organizing data is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems or SEO tools is a plus.
• Reliable and responsible in managing tasks remotely.
• Interest in nonprofit work or family engagement initiatives is a plus.
