Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years in consulting.
• Ability to deliver tangible results in business environments.
• Proven ability to lead client accounts.
• Intellectual curiosity about business and market trends.
• Skills in selling professional services and managing client accounts.
• Experience in enterprise program management and project management.
• Knowledge of Agile techniques and organizational design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and POS applications.
• Certifications in relevant methodologies (e.g., SAFe, PMP).
