Business Systems & Quality Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role exists to protect system quality as our platform grows, ensuring releases work as expected and issues are caught early.

In Short

• Own testing efforts across releases to ensure stable, high-quality deployments
• Identify, track, and resolve defects before they impact clients
• Translate business needs into clear test scenarios and requirements
• Analyze system behavior and recommend improvements
• Partner with IT, developers, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions

• Constant context-switching between testing, analysis, and issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, OR a minimum of two years progressively responsible experience
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans
• Strong understanding of software testing methods and defect tracking
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with test automation tools or frameworks (nice to have)
• Background in financial services, lending, or loan servicing platforms (nice to have)
