• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns while tracking performance and providing insights for improvement.
• Assist in developing compelling marketing content, managing the content calendar, and supporting multimedia content production.
• Grow and engage with our online community across social media platforms and monitor performance metrics.
• Utilize Asana or other project management tools to coordinate marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
• Track marketing budgets, maintain CRM systems, coordinate meetings, and assist with internal communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (essential for engaging with U.S.-based stakeholders).
• Proficiency in Asana or other project management software (strong preference).
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
