Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will take full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and execution, focusing on driving revenue growth through creative testing, campaign optimization, and budget management across Meta and Google Ads.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling Meta Ads profitably.
• Experience managing campaigns for European brands.
• Deep knowledge of creative testing and audience segmentation.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands preferred.
• Strategic operator with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week aligned with CET.
