Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the marketing department by assisting with the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meets tight deadlines.

In Short

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs
• Support internal and external communications
• Coordinate branded materials and promotional items
• Manage social media pages, including content planning, scheduling, compliance approvals, and engagement monitoring
• Develop and execute paid social media ads
• Assist in blog content planning and advertisement coordination
• Oversee tradeshow and event planning, including sponsorships, logistics, registrations, vendor coordination, and promotional campaigns
• Manage award submissions and coordinate related marketing efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with content marketing, social media management, and digital advertising
• Experience working with HubSpot and AI-driven marketing tools
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently drive projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
