Overview

The Director of Human Resources will lead HR strategy and operations across the United States and Latin America, overseeing all HR aspects and collaborating with leadership to enhance the workplace culture.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• HR qualification (e.g., SHRM, TMI, HRCI) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently or in teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Limited travel (less than 10%).
