Overview

The Clinical Support Supervisor provides clinical oversight concerning direction, strategic planning, and coordination of service delivery for individuals under their management.

In Short

  • Position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Requires a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
  • Must have experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury.
  • Responsibilities include oversight of case management staff and collaboration with medical professionals.
  • Participate in strategic program planning and implementation.
  • Must reside in Vermont.
  • Travel required based on program needs.

  • Ongoing consultation for high-risk cases.

Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Psychologist (LP) with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Current professional clinical license in good standing.
  • Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • QDDP Certification required.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to participate in training and development.
  • Commitment to cultural understanding and health equity.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
