Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and a curiosity for the technology.
• Strong track record of coaching and mentoring engineers.
• Experience in solving ambiguous problems and owning technical initiatives.
• Motivated to work in a startup environment with quick validation cycles.
• 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone required.
