• Work as a Technical Lead, Machine Learning Engineer.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in optimizing ML models.
• Deep experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
• Production experience with Python.
• Passionate about on-device performance.
• Experience running critical projects and shipping ML features.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• Must have 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone.
