Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst at Boeing will lead the development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

In Short

• Lead development of processes for measuring key performance indicators.
• Design and prepare reports on supplier and internal performance.
• Communicate strategic initiatives and procurement activities.
• Lead cross-functional process management activities.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues in high-risk programs.
• Develop and maintain processes and tools in Supplier Management.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Apply LEAN principles to improve processes.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Work onsite in North Charleston, SC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience in project leadership.
• 3+ years of experience in KPI metrics development.
• Experience applying LEAN principles.
• Strong analytical skills for business decisions.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Experience interfacing with suppliers preferred.
• Familiarity with Cognos, Velocity, and Tableau.
• Strong communication skills required.
