Overview

The Senior Program Management Specialist will lead cross-organizational projects in support of electronics programs, ensuring adherence to project management standards and facilitating program execution.

In Short

• Lead electronics projects as IPT and Cost Account Manager.
• Develop and analyze integrated cost, schedule, and risk management plans.
• Maintain performance management and reporting.
• Coordinate program metrics and best practices implementation.
• Function as primary project contact for schedule updates.
• Drive weekly meetings to track project progress.
• Perform project close-outs and incorporate lessons learned.
• Assess team performance and cultivate innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple project schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Work onsite at El Segundo, CA with potential travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years in program or project management.
• Experience with standard project management tools.
• Familiarity with military or space electronics.
• PMP/PMI Certification preferred.
• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance preferred.
• Leadership experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules.
• Experience in cross-functional environments.
