Overview

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) C-17 Avionics & Flight Controls (AVFC) team is seeking a mid-career (Level 3) C-17 Project Integration Engineer to perform Integration activities in support of current and future development programs.

In Short

• Perform integration activities for C-17 development programs.
• Work onsite at Boeing locations in the USA.
• Coordinate complex project schedules with internal and external organizations.
• Utilize project management and engineering skills.
• Build and lead multi-disciplined teams.
• Ensure all engineering tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues.
• Conduct Support Systems Readiness Reviews.
• Drive successful outcomes through collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Engineering/Integration.
• Experience with avionics project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and team-building skills.
• Aptitude for project planning and execution.
• Ability to work with geographically diverse teams.
• Understanding of logistics support elements.
• Ability to remain persistent and achieve results.
• Familiarity with USAF Technical Orders and Support Equipment is a plus.
