The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Mission Systems Integration & Verification Engineer to join our team working on the T-7 platform. This role involves leading integration and verification activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

In Short

Lead integration and verification of mission systems testing activities.
Participate in flight test readiness reviews and test plan development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Analyze test data and recommend design improvements.
Support development of airframe specifications and documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical input.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ensure mission systems are designed for testability.
Work on a variety of unique and challenging projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
2-4 years of experience in mission systems integration and verification.
Strong knowledge of avionics and related technologies.
Experience with test planning and execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for aircraft design.
Experience with the T-7 platform is a plus.
Knowledge of systems engineering principles.
Proficient in engineering tools for modeling and analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
