Overview

The Mid-Level Proposal Integrator will be part of the Vertical Lift Training team at Boeing, responsible for leading proposal development and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective project execution.

In Short

• Lead proposal development for Vertical Lift Training projects.
• Collaborate with Training Systems teams and other stakeholders.
• Analyze customer requests and develop risk assessments.
• Document Engineering Basis of Estimate and Trade Studies.
• Identify process improvements in proposal generation.
• Participate in customer and supplier negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with engineering and management teams.
• Exercise critical thinking and innovative problem-solving.
• Support other programs as needed.
• Work onsite in Hazelwood, MO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Experience in proposal development and project management.
• Strong collaboration skills within diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to take ownership of work activities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
• Experience with cost estimating preferred.
• Familiarity with Engineering proposal generation preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
