Overview

The Training Systems Integrator at Boeing UK Training and Flight Services Limited is responsible for developing flight training curriculum and evaluating training effectiveness for Boeing commercial airplanes.

In Short

• Lead in identifying customer technical training needs.

Requirements

• Experience as a pilot with 737 experience or as an instructor.
• Experience working with Instructional Systems Designers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience developing flight training courseware.
• Knowledge of Crew Resource Management training.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must reside in the immediate area or relocate at own expense.
