Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Flight Test Conductor to plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements for the F15 international flight test programs.

In Short

• Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements.
• Develop flight test and mission profiles.
• Create flight test cards and manage test schedules.
• Conduct ground and flight tests.
• Participate in post-test data evaluation.
• Prepare and publish test summaries and reports.
• Lead remote site deployments.
• Document standardized test methods and processes.
• Oversee debriefing of the test team.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience with flight test principles.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience as a flight test engineer preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
