Overview

The Associate Supply Chain Specialist at Boeing will support multiple phases of the Supply Chain Value Stream, focusing on repair management and supplier relations to meet organizational goals.

In Short

• Support the Supply Chain Value Stream including repair and supplier relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Boeing programs.
• Monitor processing of Return components from customers to suppliers.
• Perform tracking and tracing of urgent material requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and Boeing teams to meet schedule demands.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators and take action for improvement.
• Prepare and distribute program reporting as required.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Must meet Export Control compliance requirements.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
• 1+ year of experience in analytics and data presentation.
• 1+ year of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain.
• 1+ year of experience developing stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with Tableau or data analytics tools preferred.
• Experience in Aerospace Repair Management or MRO environment preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Military experience may be considered.
