Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Software Developer to ensure adherence to data compliance agreements and provide expert technical guidance within the Data Governance team.

In Short

• Lead the design, programming, testing, implementation, and documentation of complex software applications.
• Analyze end user processes to define application requirements.
• Write and compile complex code based on documented designs.
• Support complex end user issues and application architecture.
• Develop training for application use and identify system architecture improvements.
• Analyze information to determine architecture specifications and application security needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology or product development.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information protection, risk management, and IT compliance.
• 10+ years of experience as a lead in a development team.
• Cloud certifications preferred.
• Experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• Experience with cloud technology.
• Ability to work in a global team.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of leadership.
