Overview

The Flight Deck Senior Manager at Boeing will lead the Airplane Systems Flight Deck within the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers division, overseeing engineering and technical activities related to Flight Deck Avionics systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Flight Deck systems.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and influence others.
  • Experience with project leadership and risk management.
  • Analytical skills and design concepts knowledge.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Experience with FAA and Military Certification processes.
