Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate or Experienced Materials Management Analyst to join the KC-46 team in Everett, Washington, focusing on supply chain operations and materials management.

In Short

  • Coordinate and schedule timely delivery of parts and commodities.
  • Assist with audits and analysis of delivery schedules and inventory levels.
  • Reconcile discrepancies to minimize supply chain disruptions.
  • Maintain and update materials management information systems.
  • Interpret information to identify supply chain trends and problems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for information flow.
  • Release orders for product fabrication or assembly.
  • Work under general supervision or direction based on experience level.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
  • Work is 100% onsite in Everett, WA.

Requirements

  • More than 1 year of experience in Operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
  • Experience in inventory scheduling and ordering within ERP systems.
  • Associate Level 2: 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Experienced Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience.
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided.
