Associate Information Technology Project Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Associate Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the team in Hazelwood, MO or North Charleston, SC. This candidate should have a proven track record of managing full lifecycle IT projects, including complex data migrations, budgets, and schedules to deliver quality results on time.

In Short

• Develops and manages information technology project plans and deliverables
• Assists with determination of project scope, schedule, and budget baselines
• Supports incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects
• Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals
• Develops and executes project communication plans
• Identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans
• Coordinates and oversees supplier activities
• Integrates cost, schedule, and technical data/metrics into information for decision making
• Provides project status and ensures proper documentation of project deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams
• Experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high-level projects
• Experience in managing complex integrated schedules or projects
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• PMP certification desired
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter Products
• Experience implementing SAFe Agile Projects
