• Lead audit teams of 2-4 associates
• Apply Governmental Accounting Standards (GASB)
• Conduct financial statement audits for government clients
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Maintain continuing education requirements for GAS
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
• Manage multiple audit engagements
• Adapt to changes in audit tools and approaches
• Provide constructive feedback to team members

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in Accounting
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Understanding of US GAAS and US GAAP
• Experience with public sector entities preferred
• Single audit and Uniform Guidance experience preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple engagements
