Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with UK clients.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks.
• Experience with payroll systems like BrightPay.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.
