In Short

• Manage clients' financial records efficiently using Xero.
• Have working knowledge of UK payroll systems and software (HMRC knowledge is a plus).
• Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Prepare accounts up to the trial balance stage, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Utilize tools such as Dext, Xero, and Precision for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather necessary financial information.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Xero.
• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of UK accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with UK payroll software and HMRC processes preferred.
• Ability to prepare accounts up to the trial balance stage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
