In Short

• Provide administrative support to Chief Campaign Development Officers and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.
• Organize travel and meeting arrangements.
• Prepare presentations and executive communications.
• Manage logistics for meetings and events.
• Maintain and track budgets and documents.
• Coordinate travel itineraries and expense reports.
• Support the creation of communication materials.
• Engage with sponsors and partners.
• Ensure efficient operational processes.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative and/or executive assistant experience.
• Strong business writing and editing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies.
• Collaborative work style with sound judgment.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Ability to engage effectively across departments.
