In Short

• Practice project management principles within small scope areas.
• Assist in documentation, planning and tracking of project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Support solicitation for Sr. Production regarding the scope, goals and requirements and to communicate them effectively.
• Actively participate in small to medium cross-discipline collaborative efforts.
• Participate in planning and review activities.
• Assist in guiding a feature or multiple features across the game.
• Work closely with team members, including artists, animators, designers, and programmers.
• Connect teammates and help provide opportunities to collaborate.
• Communicate clear, timely and relevant information to teammates and Sr. Production.
• Collect data from task tracking databases for use in data reports.

Requirements

• Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence or similar platforms.
• Curious, flexible and agile, able to adapt during a project to emerging requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other stakeholders and producers.
• Data analytics background or capability preferred.
• Interest or experience in technical systems design and engineering processes preferable.
• Adaptive skills, knowing when to use formal or informal tactics and strategy.
